The country house “La Cantina”, only developed by Alessandretti family and by them managed, where the farm activity takes place, is also this 2 km far away from Assisi and on the provincial street 248 running parallel to original base.
In the past it was part of an old farm that the farmers were laboriously cultivating with their family.
The house is located in San Martino, on a low hill,  to San Francesco Basilica side;  few scattered houses immersed on the secular oaks and olives tree silence.
It offers overnight staying and breakfast with jam and cakes made in the house, in the little room made from the old cellar.
Also in San Martino it’s possible to buy local production oil, made from the olive tree all around the house.
Of the old house structure it remains only the austere and squared shape, completely restored and  divided in:

1. 9 double rooms with bathroom that can be used also as triple or quadruple room and 1 single room with bathroom. All of them have a country furnishing.
2. 2 apartments “ Sole” and “Luna” so composed:

“Sole”  with 4/6 bed. It has 2 double/triple rooms with bathroom and kitchen/living room fully equipped and a slipping sofa. The kitchen has a private bathroom and all the rooms have TV.

“Luna” has 4 beds. It is composed by 2 double rooms with bathroom, TV and kitchen fully equipped.
